Reservation Info & Rental Policies
Deposits & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card you provide. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.
Taxes and Fees
The state of New Hampshire collects a 8.5% Rooms and Meals tax on all lodging. In addition, we charge a flat cleaning fee for each stay, which varies from $55 to $150 depending on the cabin. The tax and fees are added to your bill on the reservation payment page.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-In time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. Check-Out time is any time before 11 am. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please give us a call – we may be able to accommodate you.
If you need to cancel your reservation after making the deposit and receiving confirmation, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to re-rent your cabin. If you must cancel within 30 days of your check-in date and we cannot re-rent your cabin, your deposit will not be refunded.
Pets are not permitted at Graylag.
At check-in, guests must answer these questions:
- Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?
- Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
- Have you had changes in your sense of taste or smell?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, please do not put our employees and other guests at risk; come back another day when you feel better. Any deposit will be returned.
