From Ground to Sky: Nature Journaling

A welcoming introduction to nature journaling, where participants will learn simple techniques for combining sketches and words to deepen their observation of the natural world.

Nature journaling invites us to slow down and really notice the wonders of the natural world. Absolutely no artistic experience needed! In this 3 hour workshop we will spend time indoors learning the basics of using sketches and text, then take these out into the Graylag landscape to start our nature journals. All materials will be provided, although participants may wish to bring a few of their favorite art supplies from home.

When: Saturday, October 18, 10 am – 1 pm

Where: Graylag Nature Preserve, 320 Clough Road, Pittsfield, NH. We will meet in Midway Cabin (99 Graylag Drive).

Who: Open to adults and children 10+ with an adult. Space is limited, so pre-registration is required.
